Winter WonderLoo has traditionally been our kick off to the holiday season. This year we decided we want to celebrate the entire season! We have worked with Santa and his elves to bring holiday spirit to Downtown Waterloo for four weeks. Join us as the event moves to a Holiday Season of Celebration.
